About
My name is Lucy Harford
I'm Lucy Harford, a subtitler and translator living in Devon, England.

Since graduating from UCL in 2014 with a Masters in Scientific, Medical and Technical Translation with Translation Technology, I have been working as a freelance audiovisual translator and tutoring French privately and within schools.

I also speak with and give talks to secondary school and university students about careers in subtitling and translation.

Aside from my work, I have a true passion for animals and currently volunteer at the Littlest Wildlife Hotel in Alswear, Devon, while also raising my fiercely loyal German Shepherd dog.
